SO, WHAT IS CITY OF NATIONS?
City of Nations is a FREE programme of football, starting in 2025, running every Wednesday* from 5.00pm until 6.00pm. The sessions are for young people aged 14-19 years old. Simply turn up and play football. The sessions are fully inclusive with a big focus on integration, fitness and of course, football!

SESSION INFORMATION
All sessions take place on Wednesdays from 5.00pm – 6.00pm at the Raich Carter Sports Centre Outdoor Pitch. There is a maximum of 30 places available at each session. Participants should wear comfortable sports clothing, shin pads (if you have them) and trainers. Football boots can be worn but only moulded studs (no metal studs). You should also bring a drink with you and a warm, waterproof coat as the sessions will take place outdoors.

Your must be aged between 14 and 19 as of the 1st September 2025. If the session becomes over-subscribed, you will be added to a reserve list.
